What something I did to become healthier? Humm. Actually, I haven't had much interest in being healthy.

But, the other day, I felt a little dizzy and dead tired. It was like chronic fatigue. And it made me think it was nutritionally insufficient because I ate more junk food than fresh vegetables or meat. To be honest, I tend to be a little picky. To go from bad to worse, I've gained more than 10kg since I got married. and it was about time to do something else for my diet~!! So, I decided to make a change of pace from my life pattern through exercise. I signed up at the gym near my house and started working out there every lunchtime for 1 hour. It was kind of a way to test the waters to see if I could stick with it, and amazingly it has really worked~!!!
And I also (have) started to pay a lot of attention to what I eat on a regular basis. I stopped eating junk food and started focusing on meals which are rich in protein and vitamins. As I have exercised more and more, I feel my mind is getting healthier and my body is getting lighter.

A recent news story I saw related to health issues is that more and more Korean people are ruining their health. With today’s hectic lifestyle, it is easy to get caught in a cycle of unhealthy eating, laziness, bad sleeping habits, and excessive alcohol consumption.
[Body]
My greatest concern among them is unhealthy eating, especially the too much consumption of sugar. The high sugar intake is leading to an increase in obesity rates, which has become a significant problem.
To go from bad to worse, obesity cause various adult disease.
In response to this issue, alternative sweeteners that replace sugar have been developed, and many sugar-free products are now available in the market.
but, research is still ongoing to determine whether these alternative sweeteners are harmful or harmless to the human body.

In my opinion, I also believe that more research should be done on alternative sweeteners. Ultimately, it would be great if these sweeteners are proven to be harmless to the human body. This is kind of concern raised by too much sugar intake related to healthy issue I saw on TV recently~!!
