I’m calling about a 허먼밀러 Chair I bough in your store a couple of days ago. I bought it on the 10th of June and I got it delivered to my place just this morning.
 
I was really looking forward to receiving this furniture but now I'm very disappointed.
The problem is that one of the legs on the chair is broken when it arrived.
I need to work from home today, but I can't sit on this chair right now, and of course, I can’t work sitting on the floor. it drives me crazy..
- Oh.. You mean that you inspected the chair before departure. 

 

I totally understand that accidents can happen during shipping, but you should have paid more attention for delivery service...Anyway.... Please exchange it immediately without any excuses.

[Introduction]

Well..a nasty but maybe some pleasant episode that related to purchasing furniture I remember is the time i worked from home due to covid-19. It was rather a nasty experience I had at that time.

I thought it was a good opportunity to replace my setup home office.
I upgraded my laptop to state-of-the-art for working from home.
Also, I decided to buy a Herman Miller chair, which is known to be the most comfortable and productive.

 

I was really looking forward to receiving this furniture but I was very disappointed. The problem was that one of the legs on the chair was broken when it arrived. This experience was a bitter pill to swallow, as I had looked forward to enhancing my home office to a state of the art level. The chair was supposed to be the cherry on the cake, but it didn't go according to plan.

It drove me crazy.  

 

My patience reached its limit. it was last straw. but soon after... To resolve the situation, I contacted the store immediately and requested a replacement. To my relief, they arranged for a new chair to be delivered on the same day. As soon as I sat on the chair, all my stress melted away. It was incredibly comfy

Despite this nasty experience, the chair was worth it.
I'm still using that chair while working from home, and I recommend it to everyone around me.
My gut tells me it was the right choice after all.
