은행의 모습 설명

[Introduction]

Typical banks in my community are not much different from where you live.
They are usually located in every single block of the town so you can find them with ease.

[Body]

Typical banks consist of 2 sections,

outside section there are ATM machines where you can do simple job like deposit and withdraw.

When it comes to inside section, it is a place where you do important banking job like borrowing a loan stuff.

When I get in a bank, first thing I do is getting a waiting number.

Then I wait for my number to be called on a couch.

If I visit during lunch time, the bank is always packed with a lot of people so I usually avoid going there during peak time.  Anyway, back to point, when my turn comes, I tell a bank clerk what I want to do. Sometimes, I open a new bank account and get a loan. When I do those things, they ask me for my ID card, of course, that is a thing I must carry with me to prove myself.

 

Speaking of Bank clerks in Korea, they are technically practical and fast, it takes less than 10 minutes to be done with my banking job. What a surprise~!

 

To go from good to great, Most banks now offer online and mobile banking services, which allow customers to manage their accounts and perform transactions from their computers or smartphones. Some banks even offer financial planning services.

Oh, definitely~! There are many changes made for the better in banking job, in particular online banking is remarkable. The online banking system has come along exceptional development over the years.

As far as I remember, In the past, people used to go to the banks to do every banking job from simple task like deposit  and withdraw to important banking job like getting a loan. I mean, the bank clerks could handle what I needed only face to face. Especially during lunch time, the bank was always packed with a lot of people and to go from bad to worse, it usually took ages to get what we wanted. It often drove us crazy.

But these days people seem to get easy access to banking job, I mean, people have started to use mobile banking rather than go to actual banks. With a mobile banking we no longer need to be bothered to waste our time waiting in a line.

 

Also, the mobile banking app is available at all time. so we don't have to worry about missing banking operating hours as we can still apply banking jobs any time anywhere we want.

When I use this mobile banking app, What I do is clicking the button on what I want. Sometimes, if it is necessary, we can take a picture of  ID card to identify ourselves. This really comes in handy.

 

One big highlight on mobile banking is that I can do banking stuff all the time as long as  mobile phone is with me. literally ‘no matter when, no matter where, no matter what!!

 

To go from good to great, Some bank app even offer financial planning services that suit me. It really helps me to plan my future.

은행에서 경험했던 문제에 대해서 설명

[Introduction]

Well..a nasty but maybe some pleasant episode that related to bank I remember is the time i went to bank to get a loan for new house in 2022. It was rather a nasty experience I had at that time.

[Body]

One day, I went to a bank because I needed to apply for a loan. When I arrived, I realized that I had forgotten to bring my ID card. Without my ID card, the bank couldn't process my loan application.
I felt quite frustrated because I didn't have much time to bring my ID card. It was nearly closing time for the bank.
Since I couldn't get the loan at the bank, I had to come back home.

 

On the way home, All of a sudden, the Banking App Advertisement was coming off the top of my head.
As soon as i got home, I downloaded the app and logged in.
 
To my surprise, I was able to apply for the loan through the app without any needs of my physical ID card.
The app verified my identity through Fingerprint and facial recognition, and the whole process was much faster and more convenient than I experienced in the bank.

Fortunately, I was able to get a loan through mobile banking.
If there hadn't been mobile banking, there might have been serious issues with the house contract.

After that, rather than visit the bank in person, I handle most of my transactions through the mobile app.
It was a moment when I could really appreciate how far technology has come.
